A Holiness Prayer

Heavenly Father, I humble myself in worship before you. To your holy name be glory, honor and praise forever! I praise you for the open door into your throne room where the angels cry “Holy, holy, holy” and “Worthy is the Lamb.” I stand in awe of your majesty and say with the saints of the ages, “Hallelujah” to our great God and King.

I praise you, Father, for the shed blood of Yeshua and the atoning sacrifice for my sins, and not for mine only but also for the sins of the whole world. Thank you for the victory over death and hell accomplished by Yeshua in His burial and by His resurrection from the dead.

I praise you, Father, for the power of His resurrection that makes it possible for me to have a right relationship with You and walk in newness of life. Thank you for victory over death and the blessed hope of sharing in His resurrection when Yeshua comes again to earth.

I praise you, Father, that Yeshua ascended to Your right hand, exalted above all authorities, principalities and powers and every name that is named. Thank you, Father, for giving Yeshua all authority in heaven and earth and that one day every knee will bow and declare that Yeshua is Lord. Thank you, Yeshua, for sharing your triumph with me, making me a joint-heir to the Kingdom and giving me the privilege of praying in Your Name.

I praise you, Father, for the power of the intercession of Messiah Yeshua for me and for all His people. I ask for the outpouring of the the Holy Spirit, accomplished at Pentecost. Conform me, O God, to the image of Yeshua through the fullness of the Spirit in my life. I want to experience all the power of His sanctifying work within me.

I confess Father that I do not know how to pray as I ought and ask for the inspiration of the Spirit so that I may pray with wisdom and with power. Guide me now in this time of prayer that by the fruit of my lips I may glorify you. In the Name of Yeshua. Amen.

A Vision Prayer

Our Father in heaven, our community and nation have sinned and strayed from Your ways like lost sheep. Our leaders have followed too much the desires of their own hearts. We have disobeyed Your holy laws. We have not done the things we should have done and we have done those things which we ought not to have done. Our friends and neighbors live in spiritual darkness and endure the struggles of life without knowing the joy and love of God.

Thank you, Father, for demonstrating your love for the world by sending your Son and for His willingness to lay down His life for every person of every nation. On the authority of His shed blood, have mercy on us, O God. Send Your Holy Spirit, to convict people of their sins and convince them of their need for Yeshua. Save our leaders that our nation may be saved. Restore those who repent and bring us the joy of Your presence according to the promises made to the prophets and apostles. Grant, O Father, that righteousness and godliness will spring up and flourish in the land and our community.

Pour out Your Ruach on Your people again that we may be lights in a darkened world and draw sinners to our Lord and Savior Messiah Yeshua. Open my eyes today to see the harvest field as you do and grant me the opportunity to love others and to lay down my life for them. Enable me to use the spiritual gifts you have given to me in a spirit of humility, joy and service. Help me to take my focus off myself and to fix my eyes on Yeshua, the author and finisher of our faith, and on those whom you want me to love and serve. Amen.

A Prayer for Salvation

Our Father in heaven, I stand before You to intercede for (NAME) who does not know you as Father nor Yeshua as (his/her) Savior. I thank You that you have loved (NAME) since the foundation of the world with sacrificial and covenantal love. Thank you, Father, for the blood of Yeshua, shed for the salvation of every person. As I once was so he/she is dead in trespasses and sins and under Satan’s control, and cannot or will not come to You in faith.

I pray that You will send your angels to attack Satan’s stronghold; that You will demolish Satan’s schemes against (NAME); obliterate the lies Satan has told against Your truth; snatch the blinders of Satan from (his/her) eyes; and destroy the devil’s work in (his/her) life. As a priest in (NAME) life I plead Your mercy over his/her sins of failure and rebellion. I pray that the light of heaven will flood (his/her) soul and loose the shackles of darkness.

Create a hunger in (him/her) for the manna of heaven, the bread of life. Ignite in (him/her), O God, the willingness to believe that You are real and trust in You for eternal life. May the Ruach of the living God bring conviction on (NAME) and inspire genuine repentance. Thank you, Father, for all that You’ve done to bring salvation to (NAME). Grant me the grace to be persistent and faithful in my prayers for (NAME) that You may be glorified in (his/her) deliverance. I pray all this in the Name of Yeshua. Amen.

A Prayer for Healing

Our heavenly Father, I thank you for your sovereign care over your creation. You provide all that we need for life and godliness. We are dependent on You as the very source of our being. In love and compassion you have healed every sickness and disease known to man. Indeed, nothing is too hard for you. The Lord Yeshua told the first disciples to heal the sick and He turned away no one who asked for His help. Your Word says that if anyone is sick, he should call for the elders of the church to anoint and pray. Your Word also commanded that all saints are to pray for one another as priests of God.

Father, (brother/sister) (NAME) has asked for prayer and in obedience to Your will as expressed in Your Word I am praying right now for your touch on (his/her) body. I pray that the Holy Spirit will be a close companion to encourage and lift and inspire hope. I pray for doctors and others who may provide medical care that You will provide wisdom and direction. Thank you for the wisdom given to man for the healing of the body. Yet, I know that man is limited in knowledge and we need the touch of Your healing presence to do what man cannot do. I trust in Your sovereign care and know that according to Your Word You will do what is right and good. Come, O God and show yourself mighty. And, may only You gain the glory. I ask for Your response to this need in the Name of Yeshua. Amen.
